welcome again to my blog here i am going to discuss the goal i set which is to Start gym with proper routine. for achieving this goal I would need to assign my self 3 sub tasks that i will do during this week, these 3 subtasks for achieving this goal are the following:
1. planning and scheduling gym time.
2. making extra meal boxes everyday.
3. hiring a gym trainer for further support.

And here I will keep you guys updated on my journey to start gym with a proper routine to gain lean muscle and bulk up 10 kg weight.
